High Chair

Today I put together LG's high chair. I didn't think she would be able to sit in it yet, but she proved me wrong! She loves it!

Also, today I steamed parsnips and carrots to make future food for LG. It took longer than I thought it would to peel and cut up the veg, but the steamer cooked faster than I anticipated. Sadly, after I had everything cooked, I then realized that I needed to wash my new food processor before I used it to puree the veg, so I had to use my blinder. It didn't do the best job, but I was able to puree the parsnips. As I was going to put the pureed parsnips into ice cube trays to freeze meal size portions, I then realized that my ice cube trays needed to be washed. So...I just bagged up my steamed carrots and my purred parsnips and stuck them in the fridge. I'll try again later to finish up this particular project.
