Book Club With Friends

Today I started a book club with a friend that is for our English students.  The students have chosen to read The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe, and I think our first meeting was a success with 6 students in attendants!

LG thought it was a success because she got to play with my friend's little boy, Ben, who is one of LG's best friends.  He even calls her by her nickname!

This evening, I went to a friend's surprise birthday party and told a couple of other people that I was pregnant.  They should have guessed by what I was eating...a banana milkshake and chili fries.  So, now more people know even though the 1st trimester isn't over yet.  I just feel so miserable, and I feel like people can tell that I am not myself, so I have wound up telling my closest friends here that I am around all the time.
