Beautiful Wales

After a pretty miserable night (LG didn't want to sleep, and there was a stag-do/bachelor party on our floor), we got up at our usual time of 7am and headed to the car.  We thought we would introduce LG to having church on the beach...something we have done quite often in the past.  Sadly, it rained all morning, but we are used to that, too.  After church, we drove around and did some sightseeing of the area.  When we returned, LG took her nap and so did Daddy.

After nap time, we all walked into town and took shelter on and off when the rain came back.  It was a nice town, so we got some shopping done, LG took another nap in her stroller/pushchair, and LG rode the carousel that was in front of the town's castle (or the remains of it, at least).  B and LG had watched the carousel while I was in a shop, and B thought LG had pointed to the Cinderella carriage as her ride of choice.  When LG and I got on, sure enough, LG headed straight to the carriage, but then she went behind the carriage and tried to climb on what she really wanted to ride...the pink motorcycle!  :)  Needless to say, she loved riding the carousel, and she was quite upset when the ride was over (you can see her pouting in the picture of her in front of the castle), but it was time to head back to the hotel.

It's been a fun day, despite the rain.  Hopefully, tonight will be better than last night, but, of course, B will be at the concert, so we will see how it goes.
